We do not store payment card details nor do we share the financial details of customers with any 3rd parties.

We use third party subcontractors to undertake the required home visits. Customer contact details are provided to these sub-contractors to enable them to arrange the home visit appointment. We do not share customers' personal data with any other third party organisations.


We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. We store your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers. When you arrange payment for Our Service you do this directly with PayPal. We do not store or process any of your payment details. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of your information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer.
